Petra Marquart is an inspirational speaker who has received rave reviews at conventions and conferences around the globe. She is founder of See ME, Inc., a Minnesota-based company dedicated to helping long-term care communities deliver world-class service. Whether speaking on customer service, leadership, personal power or performance, Petra’s skilled stage presence comes, in part, from her experience working as a performer in Las Vegas with such stars as Elvis Presley, Tina Turner and some of the most recognized names in the world.
Soon after we arrived and had gotten her settled, a woman in bright scrubs
came into the room, acknowledged us, then moved purposefully toward Junnis,
extended her hand and said with genuine warmth, “Hello, Junnis, welcome to
our community. My name’s Catherine and I’ll be taking care of you this
evening.” Junnis smiled and nodded.
Catherine continued, “Well, I just have to tell you! You have the cutest haircut!”
My aunt giggled shyly. Catherine then put her hand on Junnis’s shoulder and
said, “You look like you like to have fun! I can’t wait to get to know you!”
