Petra Marquart, CEO and Program Developer at See ME, Inc., is an inspirational speaker who has received rave reviews at conventions, conferences and meetings around the globe. In addition, she is the author of the best seller, The Power of Service: Keeping Customers for Life, and has created customer-service training programs for some of the most recognized companies in the world.
She is listed in Who’s Who of American Women and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Metropolitan State University. She wrote and developed a video-based service training program for Sevita (formerly The MENTOR Network), an organization with 45,000-employees based out of Boston that provides housing for individuals with developmental challenges and brain injuries. She also wrote the service training program for Elim Care, a Minnesota-based, long-term care company with multiple skilled-nursing and assisted-living communities. In addition, she wrote and is featured in service training videos for Minnesota’s Senior Linkage Line and Metro Mobility. She has also served as a patient-satisfaction consultant to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
